AFC Services

AFC is a technology forum built for IT professionals by people from premier engineering colleges having rich years of technology experience. This is an initiative by IITians. AFC Services is a recruitment arm of the forum where it maintains contacts with alumni of premier engineering colleges through multiple modes. AFC observes that the quality candidates are most likely working in good companies with good assignments, and quite likely are happy with their work. They do not seek out jobs in obvious ways and hence do not post their profiles in job portals. The companies needing to recruit quality candidates have to contact them through alternative modes. AFC does the work for companies.
