Established in 2003, Dr. Chanpong and his team have treated tens of thousands of patients who required general anesthesia services in order to access their oral health care needs. Our anesthesia team of dentist anesthesiologists, physician anesthesiologists and pediatric anesthesiologists provides over 3,000 general anesthetics a year to children, adults and patients with special needs who require dental work asleep. Our anesthesia team pools their unique knowledge together from various settings to ensure you or your child receives the best care possible. AFD is dedicated to dental procedures and provides the most number of general anesthetics for dentistry in BC. Our surgical facility is open to all licensed dentists in B.C. and each year, over 90 dentists and specialists utilize our office with the vast majority being pediatric dentists.
