AFFAIRS to REMEMBER is one of the largest privately held, full-service luxury catering and event design companies in the United States. Our award-winning services include expertise in off-premise catering, site selection, décor, music and entertainment, tent rental, lighting, linens, ice carvings and photography. Our more than 40 years of success can be attributed to the company’s innovative menus, impeccable service, attention to detail and reliability. At AFFAIRS to REMEMBER, our decades of service experience have produced a wealth of knowledge from which we draw daily. We understand that providing delicious food is just the starting point. Our clients can count on us to guide them through an exciting, memorable experience from the moment of contact until the day after their special event, when we follow up with them and share the experience all over again. Operating from a state-of-the-art 23,000 square-foot facility in Midtown West, AFFAIRS to REMEMBER engages approximately 55 full-time employees and more than 100 part-time employees during peak periods to ensure we fully meet our clients’ needs.
