We exist to support our individuals’ growth, empowerment, individualism, and natural support in the community and within themselves through Residential Habilitation services, Structured Family Caregiving, Day Habilitation and Respite. We strive to encourage and support each individual to know about self-advocacy and their rights, to grow more independent, and build natural support within their community, their job, and their daily life. We will provide support and guidance for informed decision-making and that each individual knows their Value and self-worth. We will work with each individual and their individualized support team to find the best support possible in any area the individual feels they would like to grow: in relationships, friendships, family-support, employment, volunteering, etc.
