Affinity Leadership Consortium

The Affinity Leadership Consortium (ALC) is a leadership collaboration among Boston-area minority professional organizations. We promote strategic alliances and information sharing within our respective networks. Vision: To achieve and maintain a professional landscape and leadership that reflects the diversity of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Organizational Mission: To leverage our collective influence to advance diverse professionals in Massachusetts through the sharing of resources; developing and expanding professional development programming; and collaborating for civic engagement.
