Today, the firm has offices in Louisville, KY, and Nashville, TN. The Principals of ACG have collectively sponsored, brokered, and/or invested in over $800M of total real estate transactions. Recently, the firm has served as co-sponsor in multiple MF, class A, existing assets in Louisville, KY, as well as a new 4-story, 30,000 SF, celebrity-branded bar/restaurant development on the iconic lower Broadway strip in Nashville, TN.
