The founding members of AFFIRMING FUTURES have extensive knowledge and experience in working with people with disabilities and mental health conditions.
AFFIRMING FUTURES provides innovative solutions to address the barriers and difficulties that people with disabilities and their families experience, improving their quality of life through a wide range of services including in-home support, mentoring programs, short term accommodations, Supported Independent Living, support coordination and positive behaviour support.
AFFIRMING FUTURES puts relationships first to support those providing care, to protect the dignity of those receiving it, and to enhance the quality of life for both participants and their families.
