Affirming Support Collaborative

Affirming Support Collaborative is a collective vision created with neurodivergent children in mind. It is a passion project rooted in empathy, compassion, community and equity. We are a team of neurodivergent (e.g. Autistic, ADHD, OCD, Dyslexic, etc.) therapists and teachers who are disillusioned with the current model of care available for Autistic children and their families. We have individually pushed back against outdated and sometimes harmful therapy practices and policies in our schools and clinics and advocated for the needs of the children and families we work with. We envision a world in which autistic and other neurodivergent children and their families are supported in a way that allows them to thrive as their whole and authentic selves. We offer a BHT/ABA alternative and are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California. Private payment is also accepted and a super bill can be provided upon request. We are not yet contracted with any medi-cal plans but will work with various Medi-cal plans through single case agreements/LOAs if that is a need. We are here for our community. <3
