Afflican is dedicated to transforming youth involvement in community development by pairing youth task-force groups with international projects. Our approach is based on three pillars: co-creation, collaboration, and coalescing. Our mission is to connect talented youth with development partners to co-create innovative solutions and amplify their voices globally. Through strategic collaborations, we tackle pressing social and environmental challenges, fostering sustainable development and community transformation. We believe in the power of youth to drive progress and shape the future. By partnering with development, social innovation, and sustainability projects, we enable young professionals to apply their expertise and curiosity to impactful initiatives. These projects have taken place over 4 continents, in partnership with local community hubs, organizing groups and the lead development partners. Meaningful youth inclusion in development sees meaningful results.
