Affordable Justice

Affordable Justice is a women-run law firm that specialises in the provision of low-cost legal advice for women throughout England and Wales. We are dedicated to making high-quality legal advice and representation accessible, and research has shown that women have been disproportionately affected by the reduced availability of Legal Aid. Family law solicitors’ costs are rarely, if ever, covered by Legal Aid these days, seriously impacting the ability of women to seek an escape from often traumatic circumstances. As a registered charity, Affordable Justice is able to offer its services for less than a third of the price of commercial law firms. However, the quality of its support is actually better than our more expensive colleagues, as all our services have a golden thread of feminism running through them, putting the woman and her children at the centre of all decisions.
