AFI Poland

AFI is a leading investor and developer specializing in office, retail, residential, and mixed-use real estate. The company operates in Israel and Central and Eastern Europe. Its portfolio includes income-generating properties totaling 1.3 million sqm, with an additional 192,000 sqm under development (as of the end of September 2024). AFI has been present in Poland since 2007, developing the AFI Home platform, which provides comprehensive accommodation services. By the end of 2025, AFI Home will own 2,200 PRS units across three cities. AFI also holds a 70% stake in the Towarowa22 project in Warsaw—one of the largest mixed-use developments in Central and Eastern Europe. Additionally, AFI has advanced office projects, such as the V.Offices building in Kraków, which achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certification with a record score of 98.8%.
