Households and waste contractors have few options when it comes to sustainable waste management services. Afia Orbit is an integrated waste management company that offers a software platform that helps waste contractors track their waste streams and operations. We also collect, sort, and recycle municipal solid waste through waste-to-energy initiatives, turning organic waste into Bio-CNG and material recovery to recover recyclables and RDF used as feedstock to generate syngas for electricity. Unlike competitors, we use digital solutions, a dedicated team, and recycle all types of waste we collect. Our company is leveraging digital tools and green technologies to help build a zero-waste culture in Tanzania. Our products include. 1. Afia Terminal: a waste management software platform that waste contractors can use to track their waste stream with features like client management, billing, invoicing, direct mobile payments, credit management, collection route scheduling, disposable planner, advanced data analytics, and reporting. 2. We also partner with waste contractors in collecting organic waste material only from their customers for waste-to-energy initiatives turning organic waste into Bio - CNG for cooking and fuel, and they also use our material recovery facility in alternative to landfills to dispose their inorganic waste of which we recover plastics, paper, glass, and metals for sorting, packaging and resell back manufactures. 3. We are also use pyrolysis process to utilize a gasification unit that processes municipal solid waste into syngas for fuel, electricity, methanol, and hydrogen.
