AFIDBA - AFD For Inclusive & Digital Business in Africa

AFIDBA successfully supported 61 African inclusive digital startups in their scale-up journey in 4 countries. The ambition was to accelerate 60 startups via 4 partner incubators: Innohub in Ghana, MakeSense in Senegal, La Fabrique in Burkina Faso and Impact Lab in Morocco. The selected startups benefited from a 6-month acceleration programme, with a potential funding for some of them. Beyond the acceleration per se, AFIDBA also spread the word on inclusive business (with a special focus on BoP population) and business acceleration through digital in Africa. The programme was coordinated by Bond'Innov with the support of Positive Planet International.
