Women's AFL Academy, is about giving opportunities to every inspiring Female Australian Rules Footballer. We are giving access to Development Coaches, Strength and Conditioning Coaches and Mentors. WOMEN'S AFL ACADEMY These Academies are all about equipping you with the right skills and knowledge to compete at the highest level and develop yourself as a cutting edge athlete in the game of AFL. Our Coaches and Mentors provide all of our participants with the most up to date information that enables you to put your best foot forward. Athletes will participate in age-relevant programs, which focus on the following key areas: High Performance Testing Leadership Development Skill Improvement Game Sense Understanding and Development Mental and Spatial Awareness Here at the Womens AFL Academy, we offer you a platform to develop your game alongside other fellow female footballers. With up close and personal access to high performing and well recognised athletes, you have the opportunity to be mentored by some of the best!
