We are a Procurement and Logistical Service Provider finding the best products and transport solutions for the Mining ,Agriculture and Construction Industries in sub Saharan Africa We aim to deliver the best possible service to our clients through Identifying the best clearing agents and transporters throughout Southern and Eastern Africa. Afri Logistical services have been contracted from December 2022 as operational consultant to Rekopane Mineral Recources to procure all mining equipment and prefabricated accommodation for there Mine In the DRC from South Africa and find solutions to deliver it to the mine in extremely challenging condition with very limited roads. Procurement and logistics consultant: ● Consulting with Engineers and project manager regarding requirements of equipment needed for Mine ● Sourcing Prefabricated container water and sanitation as well as power generation for camp. ● Sourcing qualified Suppliers in South Africa, Zambia, Angola, DRC and Asia. ● Vetting suppliers. ● Evaluating quotes and presenting it to client for approval. ● Negotiate lead and production time and follow up on production. ● Sourcing and vetting of clearing agents and transporters. ● Compile and submit all documentation for export and import to clearing agents. ● Manage Export and Import of equipment. ● Route reconnaissance South Africa, Botswanna, Zambia, DRC and Angola and compiling report on best rout option to mobilize heavy machinery and equipment through very tough terrain. ● Evaluating airfreight option, evaluating runways in DRC and source what aircrafts is available to land in those conditions. ● Evaluating rail options from Ndola in Zambia, Lubumbashi in DRC and Lobito Angola. ● Bonded warehousing solutions to optimize supply on hand without affecting cashflow.
