Africa Forensic Services (Pty) Ltd is a small business, B-BBEE level 1, based in the Western Cape. The owner, Jeremy Fabe was formerly employed at a BIG FOUR accounting firm. We help companies that may face certain challenges, which could harm or threaten business growth and objectives resulting from improper conduct.
These could range from sophisticated fraud schemes, corrupt practices, procurement irregularities, misappropriation of inventory to the submitting of fraudulent reimbursement claims or theft of cash. Fraud or unethical practices could affect any business regardless of size or industry.
There is a variety of different types of occupational fraud schemes or abuse, which could affect a company’s performance. Irregularities may also be perpetrated in such a manner that does not necessary raise immediate suspicion or red flags. In instances where certain forensic investigation methodologies are not practical or to costly, we consider alternative investigation methods that could be implemented to identify, detect or gather evidence pertaining to the theft of inventory.
We conducted numerous investigations in an array of industries, resulting in the dismissal of several employees and in some instances, criminal prosecutions.
