AfricaTalks is a research club which seeks to educate its members on a wide spectrum of policy, business and development topics for the African continent. Through a series of discussion sessions supported by guided and self-directed research as well as assigned reading, members will contribute to an evidenced-based and data-driven analysis of critical contemporary and legacy issues that govern developing nations with an emphasis on Africa. The primary goal of this initiative is to support the education of the club’s members with the ultimate aim of preparing them for policy, business and or leadership roles in the public or private sector of African nations. Further the club will aim to foster the production of sound knowledge.
