Our project places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and equity, with a primary focus on diverse beneficiary groups in Tanzania. It aims to empower Tanzanian youth and students by equipping them with digital skills, enhancing their employability, and preparing them for promising careers in the dynamic digital economy. Furthermore, the project addresses the importance of gender equality in the digital realm, with a specific focus on women and girls to bridge existing gaps in digital skills, promoting a more balanced and diverse digital landscape. This initiative extends its reach to rural and underserved communities, ensuring that even those in remote areas, regardless of their age, have access to vital digital education and resources. By narrowing the urban-rural digital divide, the project endeavors to promote equal opportunities for all Tanzanians, regardless of their geographical location.
