African Leadership Network (ALN) is a network for people who are passionate about developing 3 million leaders for Africa by 2060. We serve to share updates and progress towards this vision through our affiliated organizations (African Leadership Academy, ALU Education & ALU School Of Business, amongst others).
Our mission is to create an annual convening place for those who believe in this vision to transform Africa. The ALN Annual Gathering brings together individuals who believe that ethical, decisive leadership is the most powerful lever for transforming Africa. It provides our attendees opportunities to deeply reflect on the role that they can play as agents of change and progress in their respective sectors. and who can see their role in developing this leadership talent.
