Launched at the Global Citizen Festival on 24 September 2022, at the historic Black Star Square in Accra, Ghana - the targeted $Billion Fund seeks to create and facilitate opportunities for investment to impact economic development and socio-economic evolution, through infrastructure development, trade optimisation, education and awareness, skills development and knowledge enrichment, and policy advocacy and implementation.
