About Africa Skills Hub

Africa Skills Hub Foundation (ASH) is an enterprise support organization based in Ghana that creates economic and skill-based opportunities for African’s youth, women and SMEs. Since its inception in 2016, ASH has impacted young graduates by providing essential skills and job opportunities, trained SMEs in entrepreneurship, agribusinesses, digital and climate-smart practices, and economically empowered women-led businesses through access to capital and market opportunities. ASH aims to lead sustainable development in Africa by equipping women and youth with the skills to become agents of change in their communities. ASH offers comprehensive tools, resources, and opportunities to enhance skills, expand knowledge, and foster community prosperity. ASH supports participants through extensive aftercare services, including regulatory, IT, financial, legal, market access, and intellectual property services. ASH offers a dedicated agricultural, green, and digital-focused fund which supports women and youth-led businesses. Africa Skills Hub acknowledges the importance of using evidence-based solutions to address the specific challenges faced by women and youth. We, therefore, have a dedicated team in innovation and research who has years of relevant experience and extensive knowledge. Our capacity-building programs empower women, youth and persons with disabilities by equipping them with essential skills and resources for success. We aim to broaden access to traditionally inaccessible sectors and create pathways to prosperity through knowledge and training. ASH works with various stakeholders such as Pan-African Multilateral Institutions, Private Sector Partners, Government Youth Agencies, University Institutions, Development Partners, Youth Focused Organizations on how best to collaborate and co-create transformational and impactful programs for our youth and women across Africa.
