AfricaWorks supports the development of African expertise through building access to work, networks, and skills training. Africa is a continent full of talent, but such talent is often unevenly distributed and hard to find. We seek to level the playing field by identifying talent, and connecting it to markets, to jobs, to networks, and to opportunities. If you want an answer to the question of how to create 100m jobs in Africa, it is likely to come from those who live in the hard economic realities of Africa every day. Yet a lot of the continent's most talented experts struggle to find work and connect to their peers.
