We are focused on providing VC/PE and CF advice to Start-up, Early Stage and Growth stage companies in Africa, as well as providing Deal-sourcing, Due Diligence and KYC services to/for and on behalf of local and International Private and Institutional investors. We cover Sub-Saharan Africa with particular focus on Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast, DRC, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Mozambique. We have a strong background and business/entrepreneur expertise and track-record in Technology, Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics, ICT and Telecom, and we have in-house Legal, Tech and Accounting Analysts to provide quick and cost-efficient reporting to our clients.
