AfroBeats Dance Class - ABDC

This is a dance/fitness class that everyone can participate in, young or old, male or female. ABDC is providing clients with a fun and affordable alternative to the gym, where you can get a full body workout without realizing you're putting in the work. We create energetic dance routines to the latest afrobeats music as well as old favorites, that if done regularly, will leave you invigorated and also contribute greatly to your healthy lifestyle. Classes are held in Tema and Spintex, with new locations to be added soon.
