(English below) Weten we voldoende over de alsmaar diverser en mondiger patiëntenpopulatie? Kregen we dat voldoende mee in de opleidingen? Is dat genoeg vertaald naar de werkvloer? AfroMedica gelooft dat er hier nog tal van uitdagingen liggen en zet diens schouders hieronder. Are we skilled enough to address a more cultural ethnic diverse patient group? Were we trained adequately to tangle these challenges? Does what we were taught match the (future) working conditions? AfroMedica believes the challenges, and opportunities, are myriad and strives to impact both the schoolcurriculae and the working conditions in health care facilities/ schools.
