After12 Properties is on a mission to change the skyline of the South African townships, one property at a time. There company sources and buys properties with yards that are big enough to accommodate rental units in a form of backrooms/cottages. After12 Properties then acquires necessary approvals from the municipality and relevant authorities to begin with construction of the rental units and to also extend or add a storey on top of the existing house in the yard, adding more rental units for people who need accommodation the most. This is a company on a mission to assist the government and other companies in dealing with the housing crisis in South Africa.
