In 1989 a group of seasoned healthcare professionals joined together to create a new way of looking at Home Health Services — namely, to “Do the Right Thing”. Fast-forward thirty years and Aftercare Nursing Services is the only local agency that is employee-owned and has a dual commitment to our clients and to our staff. Aftercare was recognized as one of the largest Home Health Care agencies by Buffalo Business First in 2020.
