WHO WE ARE? After Front is a team which supports the social and professional adaptation, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of russian-Ukrainian war veterans. WHAT ARE WE DOING? Establish a foundation for building a Veteran-friendly culture. OUR ACTIVITIES: * Support for Veterans: Develop programs and policies that promote employment and adaptation of veterans in the workplace. * Inclusivity: Ensure equal opportunities for all employees, regardless of their status or experience. * Barrier-Free Environment: Create conditions that allow veterans to work comfortably and integrate seamlessly into the team. * Education and Awareness: Train managers and employees on the needs of veterans and the importance of supporting them. *Dignity and Respect: Foster a culture where veterans feel valued and respected as integral members of the team. *Partnership with Community Organizations: Collaborate with veteran and other organizations to provide additional support and resources. *Mentorship and Development: Establish mentorship and professional development programs that help veterans thrive in new roles.
