Algerian Foundation for Youth and Entrepreneurship

The Algerian Foundation for Youth Support and Entrepreneurship Development is a national, non-governmental civil society institution of a special social, entrepreneurial and economic nature subject to the provisions of Organic Law No. 06/12 of January 12, 2012 relating to associations and to the laws of the Republic in force. It has a legal personality and an independent financial status and is not affiliated with any political party, whether organizational or structural, in all cases and circumstances, as the founders and members participate in harnessing their knowledge and means on a voluntary basis and for a non-profit purpose in order to promote and encourage its activity within the framework of the public interest without violating national constants and values and without prejudice to the public order and morals and the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
