Having started in 1959 as manufacturers of glassware, Agaram slowly entered the laboratory instrument domain by gaining the dealership of UV-Vis Spectrophotometers from Baush&Laumb. We established ourselves in the market by selling record number of double-beam spectrophotometers in a single calendar year. In the 1990s, we became the exclusive distributors for Rudolph Research Analytical and LaMonferrina. The beginning of the 21st century saw Agaram tying up with a few other global instrument manufacturers like KEM, Kyowa, and Bastak to name a few. The expansion of the market in India made Agaram spread their wings by setting up branch offices in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
