AGAR

AgAR is a new universal, robotic Unmanned Ground Vehicle used for indoor and outdoor tasks designed with precision agriculture in mind. Equipped with ROS based software that enables remote control, moving along predefined paths, and autonomous movement AgAR represents an ideal multipurpose robotic platform. It is designed to accommodate extensive variety of payloads, customized to meet precision agriculture needs. Due to rugged design and high torque drive train AgAR is able to cover rough terrain with high gradient slopes even with large payloads. The project is financed by the Innovation Fund of Republic of Serbia (Fond za inovacionu delatnost) from the Pre-Accession Funds of the European Union and the budget of the Republic of Serbia from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development and supported by the StarTech support program implemented by NALED and funded by Philip Morris.
