OUR VISION A nation where all women live with dignity and contribute as equal partners in development, in an environment free from violence and discrimination. We strive towards a world in which well nurtured children with full opportunities for growth, development and participation in a safe and protective environment for all. OUR MISSION -To advance women's leadership and solutions towards a just and healthy environment for all. -To create spaces where children and young people are listened to and taken seriously in the exercise of their rights. Ethos & Core Values: We operate within an ethos of empowerment with women, children, staff and volunteers. This enables women to shape their futures, supporting them to make choices for themselves and their children. We are guided by a framework of equality and diversity (Goal 5 of SDG 17). Our Values: Safety: All women and children have the right to live in safety and dignity.We build these aspects through healthy practices of inclusion, respect, self-care and confidentiality. Equality: We are committed to promote gender equality and empower women and girls, and to removing any barriers that prevent full participation of women and girls in the public and political life. Partnerships: We will work in consultation, collaboration and partnership, seeking input and sharing information to develop strategies and actions to advocate for and work towards ending violence against women and children. Education: We support and create opportunities for education. We will share our skills, knowledge, history and understanding about the causes and solutions to ending violence against women and children with our community. Integrity: We are accountable, and place survivors’ voices and their lived experiences central to our work. We encourage respect, transparency and learning from experience, we challenge misuse of power and promote social responsibility in all we do
