The inaugural Australian Geoscience Council Convention, AGCC 2018, will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre in Adelaide, Australia, Sunday 14 to Thursday 18 October, 2018.
Big Issues and Ideas in Geoscience is designed to highlight the fundamental role that Geoscience has as a major field of science throughout the Asia-Pacific region – one that has a part to play in the life of everyone.
The convention will cover all aspects of Geoscience, with technical themes covering theoretical and applied Geoscience, mineral and energy resources, environmental and societal science, Geoscience education and communication, and emerging technologies.
AGCC 2018 will focus on the Asia Pacific region and is supported by all eight Member Organisations of the Australian Geoscience Council.
