AGCT developed a PCR-based assay technology that introduces an exceptional limit of detection for liquid biopsy cancer testing. At the same time the technology can be applied on standard laboratory equipment.

Only mutant target sequences are amplified, permitting an unprecedented signal-noise ratio and a revolutionary level of rare mutant molecule detection for liquid biopsy.
