Our Mission is to promote the wellbeing of all older people in Ealing and empower them to achieve full quality of life. We provide a range of support services for older people in Ealing, including an information and advice service, day centre and befriending. Our information and advice centre offers one-to-one support for older people on a range of issues including finance, housing, benefits and health issues. The day centre in Greenford, usual open three days a week, offers an opportunity for older people to meet one another, to socialise, have some exercise or activities together such as arts and crafts, chair yoga and singing, and to have breakfast and lunch together. In addition our befriending services offers telephone and in-person contact for companionship and help with things like shopping trips and household tasks. Through this combination of support, we ensure that older people have the right information, are able to live well at home, and have someone to talk to so they don’t feel alone.
