Aged Care Developments (ACD) is a privately owned and operated design and construction firm which specialises in the development of high quality, new Residential Aged Care facilities. In addition to the development of these new Residential Aged Care facilities, ACD also undertakes refurbishment work to existing Aged Care Buildings.
With over 30 years building experience in the aged care sector, ACD has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the complex requirements that go with designing and building aged care facilities.
ACD was founded in 1993 and has developed in excess of 50 Aged Care facilities over that time, with a number of these recent projects completed using our own internal design team to enable a more integrated and seamless service to our end clients.
This design and build service provides definable cost savings and enables a more reliable delivery of the project in line with our client’s requirements for budget and time line achievements.
