Co-Founder, Adam Grim, has built his career in HR and Recruiting with personal passion for the intricacies of manufacturing jobs. His familiarity with manufacturing and his technical expertise allow him to understand the extent of a job position in a plant and properly screen for appropriate training and skills.
Co-Founder, Sara Grim, has over 10 years of experience within Seattle Manufacturing and understands the unique marketing challenges of the local community, the intricacies of dealer/distributor relationships and the need for part time marketing support, especially focused on digital marketing. She also has a passion for event planning and trade show management.
