Smartbuild is a new service tailor made for anyone who requires building or construction services for domestic and commercial buildings. Smartbuild is a platform where clients requiring any building services will post their projects and various contractors will bid and respond with quotations and proposals and the client will then select winning bidbasing on price, project portfolio and ratings from other clients. The platform was created to make sure clients get quoatitions quickly and from reputable conctractors. To ensure quality workmanship, Smartbuild will do some supervisory roles on all projects and also project management roles on selected projects. Contractors should register on our website and they get verified, and each time ca contractor gets a job through our platfrom they pay a commision of 5% of the total labour charge.
