To help Agilists be responsible for establishing disciplined, effective Agile teams which embrace and exhibit the agile mindset, by empowering the teams with agile principles and practices. There by helping Agilists for guiding teams, with intention of upskilling Scrum Masters, Product Managers and transferring accountability over initial sprints (model, coach, and empower). Proactively mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enable innovative servant leadership and empower them by effectively coaching in conflict resolution and sustainable high performance. Effectively collaborate across organization levels, within and between teams to help align program goals to deliver the final product, with a goal of a self-sustaining team.
