Agile Wellness Group (AWG) is a private therapy practice based in Denver, Colorado, that provides mental health counseling and wellness coaching support for individuals of all ages. At AWG, we specialize in addressing quality-of-life issues specific to military veterans and first responders, trauma processing and recovery, and enhancing emotional, behavioral, and spiritual health. Some of the evidence-based approaches we incorporate into our care model include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Ecotherapy, Transference Focused Psychotherapy and various mindfulness practices. In addition to mental health counseling and wellness coaching services, AWG offers individual and group psychospiritual education, preparation, processing support services. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for our clients to explore their inner selves, process their emotions, and work towards a brighter future.
