How is the product performing? What is the sales strategy, level of competition & Government intervention? All the relevant internal and external opportunities/threats/constraints are identified. At this point we can give you a report with fresh, client-specific recommendations and solutions. And if knowledge is power, this may be enough for the organisaation.
