Founded in 2014, Agile Sherbrooke is a nonprofit organization whose main mission is the establishment of a local Agile community of practice.
Considering that the success of the implementation of Agile methods requires the exchange of knowledge and the feedback on the experience of each company, Agile Sherbrooke wants to offer a community accessible to the people of the region in order to give them a forum to exchange and help each other.
Objectives of Agile Sherbrooke
- Promote the Agile philosophy and approach as an organizational model in IT and other businesses in Sherbrooke;
- Share experiences of implementing Agile practices;
- Create an Agile community of practice in Sherbrooke;
- Develop a better understanding of different Agile methods;
- Monitor and discuss the evolution of Agile best practices;
- Participate in the improvement of Agile practices;
- Promote and support the exchange of ideas, knowledge and experience regarding the Agile software development.
