Our expertise into LTCI TAX-PLANNING via owner benefits, executive carve-outs, and other unique tax applications has gained us much attention and following. We also can guide advisors through the complicated new world of Asset-Based (Combo) Products and their complexities, utilization issues, and tax planning opportunities. David has been quoted repeatedly by major publications like the Wall Street Journal and is a sought after speaker on Advanced LTCI tax-planning.
We aim to be the best resource for both the purchase of Long-Term Care insurance protection as well as its utilization. When it comes time to exercise the benefits of these policies, we believe consumers need advocates to help them navigate a claim. Unfortunately, most are left with an 800# to a Claims Department when they are physically or cognitively frail. CLAIMS ADVOCACY is about defending those who might be vulnerable in their time of need.
