Established in 1995, Ardmore Group is a privately owned company located in central Auckland. Our primary business activity is short term industrial property investment within the greater Auckland region. Ardmore Group is focussed on identifying underperforming property assets in this sector and adds value through various methods including refurbishment, improved efficiency and market repositioning. These assets are either retained within the group portfolio or offered to the market for realisation. Ardmore Group is also proud to have been involved in several joint ventures and partnerships and has gained a reputation in the property industry as being passionate, determined and straight forward to deal with.
