We standardize, store and distribute all relevant information on Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) of European listed companies to investors and stakeholders: All AGM related info at your fingertips. Our platform supports financial intermediaries and European listed companies in becoming compliant with the Shareholder Rights Directive (SRD): Reaching investors with less effort. Our platform also connects all other parties that have directly or indirectly a governance-interest in the outcome of shareholder meetings. As SRD expert, AGMinfo enables low-cost engagement with listed companies with more convenience and control for all parties concerned.
