Agni

Agni is a Brazilian non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fair and sustainable economic and social development, while mitigating climate change in Brazil. Our mission is to promote an equal low-carbon economy, that values our unique biodiversity and promotes wealth and social rights for local communities. To achieve our aspirations of society, it is essential to promote structural transformations. We recognize the potential of the public sector to ensure institutionality and scale to achieve effective changes. We do so, by supporting and strengthening the public sector to implement environmentally responsible policies that create economic opportunities and welfare for all Brazilians. Our work is based on the power of the collective, to create partnerships and be bridges to build a more present future, starting today.
