Sustainability Leadership Team Foodservice leaders representing Elementary & Secondary, College & University, Business & Industry, Healthcare, and Travel & Leisure. Passionate about sustainability and committed to making a difference, they have been meeting monthly since March of 2023 and, in 2024, with three Guiding Principles, authored a robust strategic plan. Guiding Principles: 1. “Self-directed”: 100% directed by operators. No intermediaries with vested interests controlling narrative 2. “Big Tent”: Inclusive of ALL industry resources and ALL operators. No preferred positions. Level playing field. ALL invited 3. “Always Learning”: Always question and find answers. Be the google of foodservice sustainability for ALL Vision: Foodservice and sustainability ecosystem securing the future Mission: Enable foodservice and sustainability ecosystem, operators and their organizations to inspire and enable their constituents to participate in and contribute to sustainability Objectives: 1. Enable ALL resources and operators to share, learn, collaborate and create 2. Support ALL industry associations, groups and organizations sustainability efforts 3.
