Foodservice leaders representing Elementary & Secondary, College & University, Business & Industry, Healthcare, and Travel & Leisure. Passionate about sustainability and committed to making a difference, they have been meeting monthly since March of 2023 and, in 2024, with three Guiding Principles, authored a robust strategic plan.
Guiding Principles:
1. “Self-directed”: 100% directed by operators. No intermediaries with vested interests controlling narrative
2. “Big Tent”: Inclusive of ALL industry resources and ALL operators. No preferred positions. Level playing field. ALL invited
3. “Always Learning”: Always question and find answers. Be the google of foodservice sustainability for ALL

Enable foodservice and sustainability ecosystem, operators and their organizations to inspire and enable their constituents to participate in and contribute to sustainability
