Agorapolis - the name of our company encompasses our core belief: that cities should be a setup where people meet, share ideas, interact and interconnect for the benefit of all.
We are inspired by the Greek Agora, the central plaza where citizens of the first democracy met, traded, discussed the public agenda, made decisions, innovated, created, and consumed culture.
The Agora was the most urban spot within the urban fabric. Our name also hints toward our belief that public spaces are a city's greatest resource, intrinsically linked to its liveability, attractiveness, and success.
Agorapolis is founded and managed by Mihaela Pușnava, an urban planner, specializing in competitive city management. Professional urbanist for over 10 years, she has coordinated more than 100 public and private projects and strategies, cumulating investment portfolios of over 500 million Euros in implementation.
Mihaela has also worked for the Romanian Government as a client, while a consultant for the World Bank.
