To provide advisory services & solutions in India & overseas on matters relating to Aerospace & Defence Procurements/ Acquisition/ Supplies/ Maintenance for all types of weapon systems/ equipment/ stores & related all allied activities of Aerospace & Defence Sector; execution of contracts/ projects/ programs & provide end to end solutions in pre, during & post contract stages. Also work as Consultant, Innovator’s, Designer’s, Developer’s, Marketer’s, Administrator’s, Project/ Contract Manager, Agent’s / Dealers, Facilitators, etc as part of complex Aerospace & Defence Contracts & Programs in India & overseas (both Import & Export) for such products/ equipment’s/ systems within India & within friendly foreign countries as per authorised & legal Government rules, regulations, procedures & policies of the countries involved in the business, either as supplier or buyer or end user.
The Procurement, acquisition, supplies & their maintenance shall include all types of weapon sys/ equipment’s/ stores, which are required & approved by respective Govts for sale or for use in their respective countries, which are not limited to Mil or Homeland & Security or Paramilitary forces or Police or Coast Guards or Airport authorities, etc but can be of Dual use by other Govt agencies or establishments or organisations or authorised private companies/ agencies.
In addition, it is to develop/ work in all types of consultancy formats for Indian &/ or friendly foreign countries, which shall not be limited to Defence companies/ industries, but also to work with consultants, agents, dealers, individuals, academia’s, organisations, agencies, forums, Mil authorities, Design & Development agencies, Manufacturing agencies, Sys Integrator, etc.
Some work involved would be like Partnership; Collaboration; Licensing; Registration of Companies for Design, Development, Manufacturing, Marketing/Sales, Maint, Transfer of Technologies (ToT) & complete processes.
