L’azienda agricola è stata fondata nel 1968 dal signor Pier Amabile Santinelli su terreni di famiglia. Nel 1998 il figlio Angelo, di professione veterinario, decise di convertire la stalla, che prima ospitava circa 90 bovini da latte, ad allevamento di bovini di razza piemontese, aderendo fin da subito al consorzio “La Granda”, presidio Slow Food. Inoltre, tutti gli animali sono iscritti al libro genealogico presso l’Anaborapi. L’azienda si estende attualmente su 30 ettari utilizzati per la coltivazione di mais, orzo e fieno allo scopo di garantire uno scrupoloso controllo sull’alimentazione dei bovini.
La missone aziendale è quella di garantire al consumatore prodotti di elevatissima qualità, proveniente da un allevamento etico con una spiccata attenzione al benessere animale.

The company was founded in 1968 by Mr. Pier Amabile Santinelli on family land. In 1998 his son Angelo, veterinarian, decided to convert the stable, which previously housed 90 dairy cattle, to the breeding of Piedmontese cattle, joining immediately "La Granda" Consortium, a Slow Food Presidium. Furthermore, all animals are registered in the herd book at "Anaborapi". Currently, the company covers 30 hectares used for the cultivation of corn, barley and hay in order to guarantee a strict supervision on animal nutrition.
The mission of this company is to guarantee high-quality products, coming from an ethical breeding with a strong focus on animal welfare.
